Once you place an order, I will contact you via the email address provided in order to obtain an image of the subject and to discuss portrait specifications. If you prefer to discuss your commission face-to-face, we can arrange a Zoom Happy Hour where we will nail down all the details of your desired portrait. After our email communications or Happy Hour planning session, the portrait will take up to 14 business days to complete. If you require revisions to the portrait, you will have 5 business days to make your requests.

Portraits with two or more people are subject to an additional charge.

There is no physical product with this purchase. Instead, you will receive a digital file that you may use in any way you see fit. I can also upload your image to my TeePublic shop where you can order prints, Tshirts, stickers, mugs, pillows, and more.

Because of the unique nature of portrait commissions, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on this product.
